Why We Exist
For generations, systemic barriers have limited the economic potential of the Black community — in education, business, real estate, and beyond. The Paden Foundation was created to dismantle those barriers, one investment at a time.
We don't just write checks. We build relationships, open doors, and create pathways to wealth that are sustainable, scalable, and rooted in community. Our work spans scholarships for the next generation, capital for entrepreneurs, investment in neighborhoods, and funding for real estate ownership.
Every dollar we invest is a statement: that the Black community deserves not just a seat at the table — but ownership of the table itself.
